I hope to present three oil paintings at the Ma Show. The theme is an extension of my continuous exploration of the boundaries of the body and the theme of existential anxiety. I will explore this theme around "monsters" and "holes". In this large-scale work of 145×167cm, I depicted an organic form full of vortices, folds and cracks. Multiple blurry holes appeared in the picture, which might be organs, wounds or abstract channels. These "holes" constitute a metaphor - symbolizing rupture, the loosening of boundaries, and the disorder of psychological states.
The other two sketches of 80×120cm have not yet been completed and are still in the experimental stage of creation. These pictures have no clear narrative thread. Instead, they attempt to create an emotional space for viewers to perceive rather than define.
Through this project, I hope to present a "weird" physical state - fluid, unfinished, vague but with emotional tension. The work is not a reproduction of reality, but a visual expression of the chaotic inner state. These voids are not terrifying abysses, but intuitive responses to self-fissures, physical alienation and the boundaries of existence.
